INEPS Congress – PARIS 2025
7th -11st April 2025 Paris, France

This congress will focus on the “Nouvelles Chances”; four experimental classes based in the surroundings of Paris which welcome students who dropped out of school, aged from 15 to 22 years old, and work with them for one year to empower their resolution to go back to school and further their studies. Each of these four classes has its own ways to reconcile the youngsters with the French public school system and has chosen one of its specialties as a key topic to explore with the participants during the congress through visits, meetings and workshops. This congress will also feature conferences about the recent challenges and successes of teachers and association members working with Productive Learning all around the world.
Moreover this week is a unique opportunity to get insights into the practices of Productive Learning in different countries and the opportunity to discuss methodical questions as well as topics of educational politics, e.g. strategies to individualize education, coping with standardized output expectations, cooperation with external learning sites and partners, connecting real life experiences and subject based learning.
Last but not least the week of congress will also be a chance for the participants to have a taste of the Parisian mythology with the visit of the Halle Saint-Pierre, a museum specialised in Brut Art, a tour of the “Quartier Montmartre” for nostalgia and three very special meals, not to forget the culinary traditions… plus an optional musical at the Maison de la Culture of Bobigny.
